Originally released in 2020 as a one-of-a-kind, single-sided clear vinyl, PHRASE introduced turntablists to Clock Cue Phrasing, a concept developed at Scratch Break. Designed for ultra-pitch turntables, this record quickly became a must-have for DJs looking to expand their phrasing and precision.
Now, after years of requests, PHRASE returns as a special edition reissue, featuring a previously unreleased B-side and pressed on limited-edition grey vinyl. The original pressing was designed to be used alongside a custom digital looper, with 12 beats specifically crafted to match the 12 skipless ultra-pitch samples on the record—making it a true performance tool.
